Michael Gilmore

Michael Gilmore is an accomplished business and operations executive with over 25 years of leadership experience at both early-stage and Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies to create market-leading positions and deliver meaningful growth. Mr. Gilmore is a collaborative leader of global and cross-functional teams and a trusted advisor to company owners and corporate leadership. He is adept at developing successful strategic plans based on market insights and financial analysis.

Mr. Gilmore’s most recent corporate role was as COO for the U.S. operations of Relang International, a global manufacturer of solid surface materials and finished products. Prior to Relang International he held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in DuPont’s Building Innovations business unit. Mr. Gilmore was also Director of Marketing and Sales for DCV, Inc. (now Arkion Life Sciences), a middle market biotechnology company.

Education: MBA and BS, Mechanical Engineering, University of Delaware. He is also a DuPont Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Champion.
